5. Subscription Plans & Payments

• WorkPeace offers paid subscription plans for candidates and employers.

• Subscription fees are billed as per the chosen plan and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

• Failure to make timely payments may result in account suspension or service limitations.
   

6. Project and Payment Terms

• Freelancers and employers negotiate project terms independently.

• Payments for projects must be made through WorkPeace’s secure payment gateway.

• WorkPeace may charge a service fee for successful transactions.
   

7. Refund Policy

• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise on our website.

• Training program refunds are only applicable if a request is made within seven business days before the start of the program.

• Project-based refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to dispute resolution.
   

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on WorkPeace belong to WorkPeace or its licensors.

• Users may not copy, modify, or distribute WorkPeace’s content without permission.
   

9. Privacy and Data Protection
